I made this lovely Beetroot Raita yesterday ,Beetroot, which is also simply called as a beet comes in many variety, generally used in salads.It has numerous health benefits, like it purifies the blood,It contains silica, vital for skin, nails and bones. and many more.
- Beetroots 2 medium
- Yogurt 2 cups
- 1 tsp roasted cumin powder
- 1 tsp chili powder
- Salt to taste
- Coriander leaves for garnish
- Peel the beetroot and salt in it and keep it aside for about 20 mins.
- Whisk the yogurt in a bowl.Add beetroots, roasted cumin powder, red chilli powder and salt and mix well.
- Garnish it with coriander leaves and serve
